Modernization Plan

As outlined above, the Board of Trustees at The Civic Center is currently pursuing a major Modernization Effort designed to extend the useful life of this invaluable public resource. With generous support from the Friends of the Center and in partnership with a larger Task Force (that includes representatives from Cumberland County, the City of Portland and the Portland Pirates, in addition to the Trustees), this effort continues to gain momentum.
